Vikram Panwar's journey from small village of Rajasthan to the serene landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh to the bustling corridors of HR leadership is a testament to his unwavering passion for people and their stories. Vikram's humble upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for diversity, culture, and human connection.

Fuelled by a curiosity for history and biology, Vikram pursued his Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, exploring the intricate interplay between science and society. However, it was his innate desire to understand the humane reasons behind conflicts and collaborations that led him to chart his academic pursuits in the field of Human Resources.

With a keen eye for talent and a heart for humanity, Vikram embarked on a transformative journey at the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), where he honed his skills in HR management and leadership. Armed with a wealth of knowledge and a relentless drive for innovation and excellence, Vikram set out to make his mark in the corporate world.

His career trajectory saw him thrive in diverse roles at esteemed organizations like ITC and OfBusiness, where he played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies and driving organizational growth. Along the way, Vikram's entrepreneurial spirit continued to burn brightly, fueling his ambition to create a customer-centric enterprise that transcended traditional boundaries.

Driven by a vision to revolutionize the Talent Management landscape, Vikram co-founded KaryaVeda – a pioneering venture poised to redefine talent management through innovation, integrity, and empathy. As Director and Co-Founder, Vikram brings to the table over a decade of industry experience, coupled with a deep-rooted commitment to building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional value to clients and candidates alike.

Outside the boardroom, Vikram is a voracious reader, a fervent traveler, and a passionate advocate for social causes. Hey there, you have come to that part of website where you can know little about co-founder's life.

So  I have to say something about myself. And it is hard because you know yourself so well that you do not know where to start with.

I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. I have graduated in BA(Hons.) in Italian language and literature. That is one of the reasons that I love Italian movies on YouTube.

What else? uummm...    I like to read and write. I like doing many things like music, watching ocean, walking in rains etc. I like to be alone. I like to sleep early and also waking up late.

I always wanted to be a linguist. But realized my favourite hobby was learning languages.

It has become hobby not my work though. I like to meet new people and help them through challenges.

As a result I dived in the Dept of HR.

Here, at St. Xavier's College Mumbai, I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, immersing myself in the art of exploring and navigating the diverse landscapes of our world.

With each new destination, I found myself growing, evolving, and gaining a deeper appreciation for the rich tapestry of Indian culture and the boundless diversity it encompasses. It was during my time in the field, amidst the hustle and bustle of the travel industry, that I discovered my true passion lay not just in traversing geographical boundaries, but in connecting with people.

This realization marked a pivotal turning point in my journey, leading me to pivot towards the realm of Human Resources. Here, I found my calling - in managing, nurturing, and empowering individuals to thrive in their professional environments.
